If the plugin isn't connecting or syncing:

  1. Check plugin activation – Ensure the Wopovo plugin is activated in WordPress
  2. Verify Connection Key – Copy the key again from the Wopovo dashboard and paste it in the plugin settings (no extra spaces)
  3. Check HTTPS and URLs – The site should be reachable over HTTPS; ensure the site URL in Wopovo matches the real URL
  4. File permissions – Ensure the plugin and WordPress can write where needed (e.g. no permission errors in the PHP error log)
  5. Conflicting plugins – Temporarily disable other security or firewall plugins that might block outbound requests to Wopovo
  6. Update the plugin – Use the latest Wopovo plugin version from your dashboard

If it still fails, contact support with your site URL and any error message (from the plugin or your server log).
