Monitoring or scripts aren't updating. What can I do?

When the dashboard doesn't reflect site status or script results

If monitoring data or script results aren't updating in the dashboard:

  1. Confirm connection – In the dashboard, check that the site shows as connected; if not, fix the Connection Key and plugin first
  2. Check the site – Ensure the WordPress site is up and responding; if the site is down, monitoring will reflect that
  3. Wait a moment – Some actions and checks take a short time to appear; refresh the dashboard after a minute
  4. Clear caches – If you use heavy caching (server, CDN, or plugin), try clearing cache so the plugin and our checks can reach the live site
  5. Plugin version – Make sure you're on the latest Wopovo plugin; older versions may not support all features

If the site is connected and healthy but data still doesn't update, contact support with the site URL and what you're seeing (e.g. "Command Centre says success but no change on site").
