How do I set up Slack and Email alerts?

Configure instant alerts for downtime and issues

Get notified immediately when a site has issues.

Email alerts

  1. Configure notification emails in your dashboard (e.g. under Settings or per-site)
  2. When monitoring detects downtime or failures, we send an email to those addresses

Slack alerts (Studio plan and above)

  1. In your Wopovo dashboard, go to the area where you manage integrations or notifications
  2. Connect your Slack workspace and choose the channel(s) for alerts
  3. When an incident occurs, Wopovo posts to Slack so your team sees it alongside the email

What you'll get

  1. Alerts once a site has failed the configured number of consecutive checks — two by default, so a single blip doesn't page you
  2. Enough context (site name, URL, time) to act quickly
  3. Repeat alerts throttled (hourly by default) so one incident doesn't flood your inbox

Exact steps may vary slightly by plan; check your dashboard's Settings or Help for the current flow.
