Trials, cancellation and refunds
We want you to be confident before you pay us anything.
Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial and we don't ask for a card to start it. Connect your sites, generate a report, watch the monitoring run. If it isn't for you, do nothing — the trial ends and you are never charged.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — see our Terms of Use. If something went wrong on our side, contact support and we will make it right.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.
